I’ve read quite a lot about this lass from Blackpool recently and she was great on Jools last night. These two videos essentially show her mucking about at home, but what a result. Superb and quirky. By the way, the crazy instrument she is playing is called a Tenori – on and is made by Yamaha. It’s a sequencing device that needs little or no musical ability.

This one is a Hot Chip cover and it’s cracking. Watch out. I predict a top ten hit very soon.
